Good morning! Going to get breakfast and the cool thing about today is that I don't need to make lunch b/c I get free lunch where I work. Aiming for the healthier options which makes me feel better now, even just mentally! I don't know how long I work today but working out afterwards! I'm excited. It's supposed to be 80 today, wahoo! 

Delicious noms: Bowl of cereal (4), grapes (1)

Short Term Goals (STG) for 9/23-9/30:
- Workout 4 times [] [] [] []
- Track points each day ThFSSMTW
- Blog SIMPLY 

Long Term Goals (LTG) for the 10 weeks:
-  Decrease approximately 0.5-1.0 lbs per week
- Stay on track even if I get off of it
- Track weigh ins and points

Coming back! :) Getting myself back and track and setting some short and long term goals. 

Short Term Goals (STG) for today through next Thursday (the 30th):
- Workout 4 times [] [] [] []
- Track points each day ThFSSMTW
- Blog SIMPLY 

Long Term Goals (LTG) for the 10 weeks:
-  Decrease approximately 0.5-1.0 lbs per week
- Stay on track even if I get off of it
- Track weigh ins and points  

So, for today:
Big bowl of cinnamon cereal (6), 2 granola bars (4), 2 shortbread cookies (2), grapes (1), chicken (3), asparagus, olives, bread (2) [18]

The last time I weighed myself I was at about 144, which is less than it was a few weeks ago. I have noticed myself eating when I'm bored and I am doing what I can to find things to do to fill my time. How are you girls doing?? 

Dear self,

Goodbye, sitting on my computer all day, self! Hello getting fit again! :) Goodbye 144 lb body! It takes 21 days to form a habit, so let's get going, body!
