Short Term Goals (STG) for today through next Thursday (the 30th): - Workout 4 times [] [] [] [] - Track points each day ThFSSMTW - Blog SIMPLY
Long Term Goals (LTG) for the 10 weeks: - Decrease approximately 0.5-1.0 lbs per week - Stay on track even if I get off of it - Track weigh ins and points
So, for today: Big bowl of cinnamon cereal (6), 2 granola bars (4), 2 shortbread cookies (2), grapes (1), chicken (3), asparagus, olives, bread (2) [18]
The last time I weighed myself I was at about 144, which is less than it was a few weeks ago. I have noticed myself eating when I'm bored and I am doing what I can to find things to do to fill my time. How are you girls doing??
